Think 1984 esc... A strange title, I know...but it fits this dystopian novella that I wrote a while back and just recently published. How long is a novella/short story, you ask? It's about 106 pages and will take you a few hours or like Thanksgiving Dinner...15 minutes. An easy enough venture for the last few hours of a long weekend.
The links are universal and no, this will not become a series. Though I do plan to release a few more novellas of storylines, I've had laying around.
😊 Yes, I'm still writing, The Long Goodbye, Graham's Resolution, Book 7, but thought I'd give you a short story to read while I keep doing the big work and the date on that project will move up soon.
In the meantime, please enjoy reading Pretend You're Here: FBI Agent, Stephanie Caddel is on the hunt for an elusive serial kidnapper. The last thing she expected was to become his next victim and everything she thought she knew is now in question.
