I know I've lowered my viewing standards recently and that's just sad. And then I ran across a few recent statistics...
41% of adults find reading to be a better cure for worry than hanging out with friends and 35% take comfort in reading when they're feeling down. I know with prolonged isolation, this is even more true.
I say, pick up a good book and put down the remote!
