What I did last weekend...

What I did last weekend...

In the new writing studio!

You know what it's like when you want something done and there's no one around to give you hand?

I say this to most females because we know...we're going to get it done. Most men will laugh and knows one of us. We could have waited a little bit longer for help from a friend.

😊But I'm a single female and I live alone and all of my friends were busy, so when my new office was ready, I moved three bookshelves, by myself, in the back of my FJ with the aid of a small cart and female ingenuity. So yes...I'm sore and have a few bruises but I did it.

I have a lot more to do and I'm in the process of having covers made into prints for the wall, but I like the space and busily writing Grand Gesture, book 3, in the Remember the Ruin series. And 7 of Graham's Resolution will closely follow

If you need to finish the series or get started, check out the links below.

Also, my friend Nicole Apelian (of the History Channel's Alone show), has a book out that I believe every household needs right now.

The Lost Book of Herbal Remedies: The Healing Power of Plant Medicine By Nicole Apelian, Ph.D. & Claude Davis

Color pictures of 180+ healing plants, lichens, and mushrooms (2-4 pictures/plant for easy identification). Inside you’ll discover the most powerful natural remedies. This book is for both beginners and seasoned herbalists, and covers identification, color photos, edible uses, medicinal uses, harvesting instructions, a medicinal index, and much more! With the medicinal herbal reference guide included, it’s very easy to look up your own condition and see exactly which herbs and remedies can help.

Here is a small glimpse of what you’ll find inside:
On page 145 learn how to make a powerful “relieving” extract using a common backyard weed. This plant acts directly on the central nervous system to help with all kinds of pain and discomfort.
You'll also discover the most effective natural antibiotic that still grows in most American backyards (page 150).
